We do not control and are not responsible for:

• the availability, accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party websites or services
• the terms of service, privacy policies, or business practices of third parties

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and remains subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

GRABCLIP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GRABCLIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• the Service will always be available or compatible with your device, browser, or systems
• defects or errors will be corrected
• the Service or any servers used in connection with it will be free of viruses or other harmful components
• any information, output, or result obtained through the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your needs

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRABCLIP AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• any third-party content, website, platform, or service
• any conduct or content of any user or third party
• unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications
• any reliance on the Service or any output, information, or materials obtained through the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GRABCLIP FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrabClip and its operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• your use or misuse of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• your infringement or violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
• any content, data, materials, or actions associated with your use of the Service

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.grabclip.com/privacy_policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Terms
